"With this ring I thee wed"
So many times I've heard this said
I often think of what to say
On this very special day

The bands of gold they say it all
Circumference of your world so small
When on the finger you are blest
With circle of all in life that's best

On each hand you share the band
That in your heart will have command
For love is there for all to see
That spark of gold shines endlessly

You now belong to one another
This circle clings like no other
Hearts are joined in endless time
Rings you share with hearts entwined.

My Husband, My Lover, My Friend... You will never know how much I love you, how much I care, how much I adore who and what you are to me...

I cannot imagine my life without you in it,
I cannot imagine my life before you were in it...

You have made my life complete, gone are the lonely nights, the empty dreams, the wish for something to fullfill me...

You are my rock, my soul, my everlasting quest for true and meaningful happiness...

To Have and to Hold from this Day forward...

October 9, 1999

Our Wedding Day was the most splendid day ever! It took place in early October in Northern Vermont and we were surrounded by the beautiful and spectacular fall foliage, family and friends.

Our ceremony was beautiful, well I think so anyhow, special verses and scripture were read, prayers and song and a moment between the two of us that will stay in our hearts forever.

We exchanged vows and thank GOODNESS the minister said them first and then had us repeat them! LOL I got through that ok. We exchanged rings and I wear my grandmother's wedding band which is very neat and sentimental to me. We spoke of our lives together, our children's lives and the happiness and love we would bring to each other.

I wore a very simple wedding gown, no train no beads or pearls, but it was pretty and white and comfortable!

Andy wore a black tux and looked OH so handsome!

My wonderful sister and very dear friend Kim stood up for me and my oldest daughter Devon was the flower girl.

Standing up for Andy was his BEST friend Michael, who sadly passed away not long after we were married, my brother Josh and Andy's nephew Kyle.

After the ceremony we took LOTS of pictures and then celebrated with music, cake and warm food, turkey and ham and had the BEST time!

Our honey moon was quite simple, nothing extravagant, but certainly romantic!!

It will be six years soon since that grande day and it still does seem just like yesterday! I have grown to love my husband more and more each day and truly treasure him as a person, a friend and the father of my children...

I love you...me.
